1. Is the price shown in the search results 'per person'?

2. Do you sell Gift Vouchers?

Yes, Holiday Gift Vouchers are available in denominations of £10, £25, £50 and £100 and can be redeemed against any of our tours. They are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase. Please view our Booking Conditions for terms and conditions.

3. How much Deposit do I pay?

Deposits are £50 per person for British and Continental Tours. On Selected Tours a deposit of £100.00 per person is required - Non Transferable or Refundable.
The full balance is payable 8 weeks before departure.

4. Where do I find my Pick Up Time?

One week before your departure you will be sent a Travel Ticket which will confirm your exact departure time.

5. Will you send me a reminder when my balance is due?

No. Your Balance Due Date is printed on your Confirmation and Invoice. Please note that we will NOT automatically deduct your Balance from your Credit Card, you will need to contact us again. All Balance Payments are due eight weeks before your Departure Date.

6. Is there any overnight travel on your Tours?

No. We do not travel through the night. Our Continental Tours include accommodation at overnight Hotels. Please note however that early departures are often required to meet reasonable arrival times.

7. What is my luggage allowance?

Our Drivers have to lift your Luggage by hand. Therefore a maximum weight of 18kg per case will be allowed. We suggest one large suitcase between two, or 2 small suitcases. Please pack a separate bag if your Tour includes overnight stops. For maximum clothing protection, we recommend moulded suitcases.

8. Can we book seats together?

You will automatically be allocated seats together when booking. If this is not possible, you will be advised before continuing with your reservation. Specific seats will not be allocated on coaches which operate on feeder services.

9. Do you have Car Park facilities at your Office?

There are limited parking spaces available at a supplement of £5.00 per day. Parking must be pre-booked through our Reservations Office.

10. Is there a Toilet on-board your Coaches?

Yes, all of our Touring Coaches have a toilet on board. Of course, some Feeder Vehicles (Mini Coaches) do not have this facility.

11. What are 'Road Miles'?

We offer a loyalty scheme to all travellers who take 4 tours or more between 1st January and 31st December in one year. Members collect 'Road Miles', these can be redeemed as a future discount against most of our holidays. Each 50 Road Miles is valued at £5.00.

12. Can we view one of your Coaches?

Our Coaches are only available to view once a year - at our Annual Open Day.

13. Do you charge extra for Payments made by Credit Card?

Yes. All CREDIT Card transactions are subject to contribution charges on the following scale - £2.50 for payments £100 and less, £5.00 for payments under £500, £10.00 for payments below £1,000 and £25.00 for payments £1,000 and over. There is no additional charge for Debit Cards such as Maestro or Visa Delta.
