Day 1

Morning departure calling at the Blacksmiths visitor centre Gretna Green before continuing to the Loch Lomond area and the Winnock Hotel in the lovely village of Drymen.

The Hotel is a former 18th Century Coaching Inn offering traditional Scottish hospitality and freshly prepared local food.

Here we stay for four nights with a 3-Course Dinner provided each evening.


Day 2

Enjoy a full Scottish Breakfast. Today we include a wonderful excursion travelling through stunning countryside, passing Lochs & Glens to Inveraray and then calling at the historic village of Luss on the West Bank of Loch Lomond.

We return for Dinner and entertainment. All Dinners include a complimentary glass of wine and we provide a free bar of house brand drinks from 7.30pm until 10.30pm.

Day 3

After Breakfast we depart making a short stop on the edge of the Trossachs at Aberfoyle before continuing past the Lake of Menteith to the Historic City of Stirling.

Discover the old Town or visit the Castle and see the Wallace Monument.

We return to Drymen in the afternoon and this evening you can once again enjoy Dinner with wine, entertainment and a free Bar.

Day 4

Relax over Breakfast. A free day or join our optional local tour visiting the Glengoyne Highland Malt Whisky Distillery to include a tour and tasting.

Time for Lunch at the Loch Lomond shopping and visitors Mall with fine views over the Loch, Sea Life Centre and a good choice of Shops and Café's.

We then join our Boat Cruise on the Loch, lasting for around one hour.

We return to the Winnock where we will enjoy a full Afternoon Cream Tea. We can then prepare for our final Dinner again followed by entertainment and our open bar till 1030 - Cheers!

Day 5

A hearty Breakfast and then our return journey back to the West Midlands.

The 3 star Winnock Hotel is situated in the centre of Drymen village just a short distance from Loch Lomond.


There are 72 Bedrooms all prepared in traditional Scottish style with Private Facilities, TV & Tea/Coffee Tray, Lounge area with open fire, Bar, Reception Service, Highlander Restaurant and Function Room for Meals and Entertainment.


Your Host will welcome you to the Hotel with traditional food, surroundings and service.


There are just two Floors but no Lift.
