WINNOCK HOTEL ***

The popular Winnock Hotel is situated in the centre of Drymen village just a short distance from Loch Lomond.

All Bedrooms are prepared in traditional Scottish style with Private Facilities, TV, Tea & Coffee Tray.

There is a Lounge area with open fire, Bar, Reception Service, Highlander Restaurant & Function Room for Meals and Entertainment.

Dinner is normally a choice menu followed by Tea or Coffee.

The Duty Manager will welcome you to the Hotel on arrival.

There are just two floors but no Lift.

 

 

ITINERARY

MONDAY
Morning departure calling at the Blacksmiths visitor centre, Gretna Green, before continuing to the Loch Lomond area and The Winnock Hotel in the lovely village of Drymen.

The Hotel is a former 18th Century Coaching Inn offering traditional Scottish hospitality and freshly prepared local food.

Here we stay for four nights with a 3 Course Dinner provided each evening.

TUESDAY
Enjoy a full Scottish Breakfast.

Today we include a wonderful excursion travelling through stunning countryside, passing Lochs & Glens to Inverary and then calling at the historic village of Luss on the West Bank of Loch Lomond.

We return to the Hotel where we include a delicious Cream Tea. Tonight, Dinner and Entertainment.

All Dinners include a complimentary glass of wine and we provide a free bar of house brand drinks each evening from 7:30pm until 10:30pm.

WEDNESDAY
A cooked Breakfast before we depart to the amazing City of Glasgow.

We are normally joined by a local guide for a tour of the historic sights, followed by some free time for shopping and lunch

We return to Drymen in the afternoon and this evening you can once again enjoy Dinner with wine, entertainment and a free bar.

THURSDAY
Relax over Breakfast. A free day in Drymen or join our optional local excursion. We visit Stirling Castle where we include Admission. (There is some walking and steps)

Tonight our final Dinner is again followed by Entertainment and our open bar - Cheers!

FRIDAY
A hearty Breakfast and then our return journey back to The West Midlands.
