Cancellations by the company:
If due to low numbers or operational reasons, we are forced to cancel any excursion, we reserve the right to do so up to 2 workings days prior to departure. All monies paid by passengers will be refunded and following that, we shall be exempt from further liability. Please note if gift voucher payment was made, your refund will be issued as gift vouchers.
Cancellations by the customer:
Any cancellations must be notified to the company by the passenger that made the booking in writing. Cancellations charges will be levied as follows, when we receive written correspondence:
0-2: Days prior to departure: 100% cancellation charge
3 Days, or more: prior to departure: 50% cancellation charge (plus full charge of any tickets, entrances or meals purchased by the company)
Please note if gift voucher payment was made, your refund will be issued as gift vouchers.
Changes you make to your booking:
Any changes & alterations to your booking, such as change of passengers or pick up point, may result in an administration charge. Please speak to our Reservations Team who can advise. Please note that due to operational reasons you may be unable to alter your selected pick up point once your booking has been confirmed.
Seats on Coach:
Please note that seat requests are not guaranteed on day excursions. Seat numbers will be confirmed by your crew prior to boarding. Front Seats can be reserved at a supplement. Front seats are subject to availability at the time of booking & payment is due in full at the time of booking. We reserve the right to alter / refund all seat charges if required due to operational reasons. We do not allow children or single passengers to occupy front seats.
Feeder services are often used to reduce pick up & drop off times. These can be operated by other coaches, small mini coaches or even cars. Please be aware that these may be different vehicles and may not have our normal facilities on board. Seats requests cannot be made for feeder vehicles. It is a firm company policy that passengers are set down at their original pick up point only.
Reductions & Suitability:
There are no reductions for senior citizens or for children. Please note that we do not recommend day excursions for young children & clients with walking difficulties. Please ensure that you discuss all requirements with a member of our Reservations Team prior to booking. Should you or a member of your party have any medical condition or disability that may affect your day excursion or that of any other passenger, you must provide full details to us at the time of booking so that we can advise the suitability of the day excursion.
