SATURDAY
Breakfast before our departure to 'the Shard', the tallest building in the UK where we include admission for stunning views.
We then transfer to the magnificent Tower of London.
A royal castle and fortress full of British history - view the battlements, the white tower and of course the crown jewels. Protected by the Yeoman Warders or Beefeaters, the tower is a World Heritage Site.
In the afternoon we join our city cruises boat at the tower pier for an excellent tour along the river with live commentary and full afternoon tea served to your table as you take in those world famous and historic sights.
We return to the tower pier and rejoin the coach for our journey back to the hotel where Dinner is included this evening.
SUNDAY
A relaxed Sunday Breakfast.
This morning, we take you to Kensington Palace - the former royal residence of Princess Margaret, Diana - Princess of Wales and the birthplace of Queen Victoria.
There is always something special to see here with many displays throughout the year.
We depart early afternoon for our return to the West Midlands.
See a new special commemorative display of ceramic poppies installed inside the Tower of London to mark the 80th anniversary of the end of the Second World War.
The display of nearly 30,000 of the original poppies, made for the 2014 installation, Blood Swept Lands and Seas of Red, returns to the Tower, marking the sacrifices made by so many during the Second World War.
The specially commissioned installation resembles a wound at the heart of the Tower, which was itself bombed during the Blitz. Poppies pour across the lawn overlooked by the ancient White Tower, where the blood-red flowers form a crater, with ripples flowing outwards.
On display within the Towers walls, the installation creates striking images, reminding us of loss through war, and of the long-lasting impact of conflict. It creates a shared space for visitors to remember and reflect on the collective sacrifice of so many in this important anniversary year.
The poppies are on loan from Imperial War Museums and were designed and made by the artist, Paul Cummins. The new display has been created by the designer, Tom Piper.
Don't miss your chance to see this unique installation.
