Rhine in Flame 2024.

ITINERARY

MONDAY
Morning departure to join our crossing to France and then onwards to the beautiful City of Ypres.

Here we arrive at the centrally situated Novotel Hotel.

Time to take advantage of the excellent Restaurants.


TUESDAY
A Buffet Breakfast before we travel into Germany and the Rhine Valley.

Here we arrive at Rüdesheim where we stay for six nights and the perfectly situated Hotel Felsenkeller.


WEDNESDAY - SUNDAY
Your holiday Hotel provides a 3-Course Dinner and Buffet Breakfast each day.

There are plenty of attractions in and around Rüdesheim.

You can visit one of the many Castles or check out the Parks, the Outdoor Swimming Pool and the 1,000 year old Wine Museum.

Take a stroll through narrow streets or vineyard paths and enjoy the atmosphere and daily entertainment of the Drosselgasse.

We include a full day to the lovely City of Koblenz, where the mighty Rivers of the Rhine and Moselle meet.

Our journey will include a Rhine tour viewing the many Castles and attractive villages on our way to the 'German Corner'.

We have an Optional Day to Include the Highlights of the area.

This includes a land Train tour of the Vineyards, a Wine Tasting, a Cable Car and Chair Lift taking in the German National Monument, a light Lunch and finally a short Boat trip along the Rhine!

We may also offer an optional Boat Cruise to the lovely village of Bacharach or a Tour along the picturesque Moselle Valley to Cochem, one of the most popular towns in this famous wine district.

Our July Date has the advantage of viewing the spectacular Rhine in Flame in the Bingen Loch with fantastic views from the Niederwald Monument.

We include the Cable Car Ride for this brilliant Firework display.

The September 'Rhine in Flame' takes place at St Goar. Late afternoon a wonderful Boat Cruise to take in all the dazzling array of lights, sounds and unbelievable atmosphere for both sides of the River Rhine and its Historic Illuminated Castles! On board, a traditional meal is included together with Music and majestic sights on our return journey with a late arrival back in Rudesheim. A day free the following day with Lunch included at the Hotel


MONDAY
After our buffet Breakfast, we depart Rudesheim and make a short visit to the beautiful city of Bruges - enjoy the lovely sights and atmosphere of this international destination.

We then overnight at the Hotel Weinebrugge, situated on the outskirts of the city where we also include Dinner.


TUESDAY
Buffet Breakfast before our departure to join our crossing back to the UK to arrive in the midlands late afternoon.
