ITINERARY
SATURDAY
Morning departure to Hampshire and the famous Gin Distillery of Bombay Sapphire. Here we arrive for a very interesting tour of the Laverstoke Mill (Sensible shoes needed) and of course a sample of this unique product.
After the tour, there will be an opportunity to visit the café, the Mill bar and Gin shop before we rejoin the coach and travel to the historic city of Winchester. Well known for its magnificent Cathedral, City Walls and museums. Winchester also offers lovely shops, boutiques, restaurants and Tea Rooms.
We then journey to the Doubletree hotel near Swindon where you can enjoy a comfortable evening and a buffet Dinner.
SUNDAY
Take a full English Breakfast from the buffet at leisure. We then depart to the capital of the Cotswolds - Cirencester, for a short visit and then Gloucester Quays with its premium designer shopping outlet, museums and 'Harry Potters' Cathedral. We depart back to the Midlands at around 3pm.
DOUBLETREE BY HILTON SWINDON
The Doubletree by Hilton Swindon is situated to the west of the town centre. It has 171 bedrooms all with private bathroom, TV and telephone. There is a lounge bar, restaurant, 24-hour reception and gym. Passenger lifts serve all floors.
