ITINERARY
FRIDAY
Afternoon departure to our Courtyard by Marriott Hotel near Abingdon.
Once settled in, relax in the lounge.
SATURDAY
Full English Buffet Breakfast and then we will include visits to the Wiltshire city of Salisbury and the historic city of Winchester, both famous for their cathedrals, charming boutiques, coffee shops and attractions.
We return to our hotel where a simple Dinner is included.
SUNDAY
After a traditional Breakfast, we depart for the stunning Highclere Castle.
This majestic house is a wonderful place to visit with glorious gardens and a famous venue for celebrity weddings.
It was the period drama of Downton Abbey however that has made Highclere so well known throughout the world, with both interior and exterior filming taking place here.
Highclere is set in a 5,000-acre estate and you will be well rewarded with your visit.
We depart back to the West Midlands in the afternoon.
