Isle of Man 2025 (Comis Hotel)

ITINERARY

MONDAY
Morning departure travelling to Lancashire and the port of Heysham to join our afternoon ferry to Douglas - Isle of Man. It's just a short distance to our hotel where we base for our 4 night stay to include Dinner and full English Breakfasts.

TUESDAY - THURSDAY
During your stay, we include visits and excursions to all the islands main attractions, these include:

The world-famous Laxey Wheel - the largest working water wheel of its kind and a landmark of the Isle of Man.

The Manx electric railway for a wonderful tram ride to the holiday resort of Ramsey.

We travel to the west of the island to the town of Peel - well known for its castle and house of Manannan museum.

We stop for a brief view of Tynwald Hill - Home of the 1000-year-old Manx parliament. (Time permitting)

We include a visit to the stables of the promenade Horse Drawn tramway and include a ride along this iconic promenade.

We include the Isle of Man steam railway. Step back in time as we travel to Port Erin - there will be time to pop into the railway museum and take in the coastal views of this lovely town.

We visit and include entrance into Cregneash Folk Village used in the filming of 'Waking Ned' and onto 'The Sound' with views of the Calf of Man Island and its marine life. From here we visit Castletown with its historic school house and castle and we also join the electric railway journey to the top of Snaefell at over 2000 feet above sea level.

FRIDAY
An early Breakfast before we transfer to join our return crossing to Heysham and onwards back to the West Midlands.
