ITINERARY

FRIDAY
Morning departure for our northbound journey into county Durham and the wonderful Beamish Living Museum.

Let us take you back in time at Christmas and see how life used to be - a fascinating insight into Christmas in years gone by!

We then continue to Newcastle and our Holiday Inn hotel - settle in and enjoy your included Dinner.

SATURDAY
A traditional English Breakfast before we travel to the historic city of Durham.

Take in the festive atmosphere the famous cathedral and castle.

Explore the many excellent shops, restaurants, pubs and tea rooms, plus the many other attractions.

On the 6th December the city holds their outstanding Christmas festival with lots of extra entertainment, Christmas stalls and excitement.

We return to Newcastle where Dinner is once again included.

SUNDAY
After Breakfast, we transfer to Newcastle city centre.

Time for that last minute Christmas shopping and a look around the proposed return of the successful Christmas market in the city centre.

We commence our return journey at around midday.
