Soap Star & Seaside Sparkle 2026

ITINERARY

FRIDAY
We depart this afternoon and travel north to our Hotel at Haydock for our three-night stay.

On arrival at the hotel, you will be welcomed with tea and coffee before check-in.

Take time to settle into your comfortable room and perhaps discover the hotel's leisure facilities.

This evening, we include a three-course dinner.

SATURDAY
After a hearty English breakfast, we travel to Salford Quays, a vibrant waterfront destination and home to the world-famous Coronation Street set.

Here we enjoy a visit to the Coronation Street Experience.

Step onto the largest TV production set in the country and walk the real cobbles of Weatherfield.

See iconic locations including the Rovers Return, Roy's Rolls and the famous street itself - A must for any fan of Britain's longest-running soap!

There will also be free time to explore Salford Quays, where you may wish to visit The Lowry or browse the shops and cafés at MediaCityUK.

We return to the hotel late afternoon to freshen up before enjoying another Dinner.

SUNDAY
Following breakfast, we travel to the classic seaside resort of Blackpool.

Today's highlight is admission to the Super Soap Stars Show at Viva Blackpool.

This fantastic live entertainment show features stars from your favourite television soaps, bringing stories, songs and behind-the-scenes fun to the stage in a lively afternoon performance.

The afternoon will include a interview with one of the Stars, a question-and-answer period and - Afternoon Tea!

Later this afternoon, we return to Haydock for our final evening and Dinner once more.

MONDAY
After a leisurely breakfast, we check out of the hotel and begin our return journey home, arriving back with wonderful memories of a star-studded weekend break.
