A Palace in Devon 2026

ITINERARY

MONDAY
Morning departure southbound into glorious Devon. We make our way to Paignton and the Palace Hotel.

Here we stay for 4 nights with sumptuous Dinners and a full English Breakfast each day.

TUESDAY
Situated on the esplanade opposite the sea, the Palace provides quality facilities including a leisure centre with an indoor swimming pool, lounge, well stocked bars and friendly staff.

There is normally light entertainment in the hotel and all bedrooms are tastefully furnished and comfortable.

Paignton's attractions, harbour, town centre and zoo are all within easy reach. We also include an excursion to Dawlish and Teignmouth and a drive along the English Riviera.

WEDNESDAY
A traditional English Breakfast and a day to enjoy Paignton.

Alternatively, we offer an optional Devon excursion to the market town of Totnes, historic Buckfast Abbey and the lovely resort of Brixham. We return in time for Dinner.

THURSDAY
Lots to discover in Paignton today and to take advantage of the hotel facilities.

FRIDAY
Another fresh Devon Breakfast and then it is time to leave the English Riviera and return to the West Midlands.
