ITINERARY
FRIDAY
We depart this afternoon and travel to our Mercure hotel, where we'll soon have you comfortably settled into your room. Take some time to relax before enjoying your included Dinner, the perfect start to your festive weekend away.
SATURDAY
Begin the day with a traditional bacon & egg Breakfast before we make our way to the magnificent Chatsworth Estate. Within the grounds you'll discover a wonderful Christmas market, featuring around 100 charming stalls offering festive gifts, decorations and seasonal treats. You can also browse the Stables shop, home to a delightful range of fashion, gifts and stocking fillers.
The highlight of the day is your admission into Chatsworth House, beautifully transformed with dazzling Christmas displays that fill every room with festive magic and sparkle. We return to the hotel later in the day, where your included Dinner awaits.
SUNDAY
After a traditional Sunday Breakfast, we depart for the spectacular Nottingham Winter Wonderland, one of the Midlands' most impressive festive attractions. Set in the heart of the city, Winter Wonderland features twinkling alpine-style stalls, seasonal food and drink, festive music and a vibrant Christmas atmosphere.
You can browse for gifts, enjoy mulled wine or hot chocolate, or simply soak up the sights of the beautifully decorated market. The event often includes highlights such as an ice rink, observation wheel, themed bars and cosy seating areas - perfect for enjoying the festive spirit at your own pace.
Following your visit, we begin our return journey to the West Midlands in the afternoon.

Situated just off the M1 motorway and 4 miles from Sheffield centre, the Mercure hotel offers an ideal base for our access to Bakewell, Chatsworth and the Peak District.
