Dorset, Devon & Somerset 2027

ITINERARY

FRIDAY
Morning departure as we travel south into the beautiful county of Dorset, arriving in the charming seaside resort of Weymouth.

With its sweeping golden beach, elegant Georgian seafront and bustling historic harbour, Weymouth offers the perfect introduction to the spectacular Jurassic Coast. Enjoy free time to explore at your leisure before we continue into Devon.

Later, we arrive at our modern Courtyard by Marriott hotel near Exeter, where you'll enjoy a relaxing two-night stay. After settling into your room, unwind before Dinner which is included in the hotel restaurant.

SATURDAY
Enjoy a hearty full English buffet Breakfast, served in the hotel's panoramic top-floor restaurant, before we set off for the picturesque coastal town of Lyme Regis.

Affectionately known as the 'Pearl of Dorset', Lyme Regis is famed for its historic harbour, sandy beaches, winding streets and delightful independent shops and cafés.

Nestled on the Jurassic Coast, this charming resort is steeped in history and literary heritage, having featured in Jane Austen's Persuasion.

Later, we continue along the stunning Jurassic Coast to the elegant seaside town of Sidmouth. Take a leisurely stroll along the esplanade, browse the welcoming shops and cafés, or relax in the beautifully maintained gardens.

We return to the hotel in the late afternoon, where Dinner is once again included.

SUNDAY
Breakfast and then we journey north to the county of Somerset and the classic British seaside resort Weston-Super-Mare. Famous for its expansive sandy beach, traditional seaside charm and lively promenade.

We depart at approximately 2.00pm to continue our journey back to the West Midlands.
