ITINERARY

SUNDAY
Morning departure before we travel south towards the Dorset coast. Our first stop is the popular seaside resort of Weymouth, where you will have time to explore the attractive seafront, harbour and sandy beach, or perhaps enjoy a leisurely lunch overlooking the sea.

We then continue to Exeter and our hotel, the Courtyard by Marriott Exeter South, where we stay for four nights. After settling in, we enjoy Dinner at the hotel this evening.

MONDAY
Breakfast from the panoramic restaurant and then we travel to the beautiful Dorset coastal town of Lyme Regis, famous for its historic harbour, known as The Cobb, picturesque seafront and connections with the Jurassic Coast. There will be free time to explore the town, browse the shops or enjoy a coffee. (Note: There is a short steep walk required each way from the coach drop off point)

We then continue along the coast to Sidmouth - an elegant seaside resort set beneath the red cliffs of the Jurassic Coast. Enjoy time at leisure to discover the promenade, gardens, independent shops and attractive town centre before we return to our hotel for Dinner.

TUESDAY
Following Breakfast, we head to Brixham, one of Devon's most picturesque fishing towns. Explore the colourful harbour, watch the fishing boats come and go, or simply enjoy the atmosphere of this traditional seaside resort.

Later, we visit Buckfast Abbey - set within beautiful gardens and woodland in the Dart Valley. The Abbey is a peaceful and fascinating place to explore, with its impressive church, gardens and visitor facilities.

We return to our hotel in time for Dinner.

WEDNESDAY
After Breakfast, we make our way to Exmouth, a popular Devon seaside resort situated at the mouth of the River Exe. Enjoy time at leisure to explore the seafront, beach and town centre.

Our day continues with a memorable Jurassic Coast boat cruise, offering a wonderful opportunity to experience this spectacular coastline from the water and admire its dramatic cliffs, beaches and fascinating geological landscape.

We return to the hotel this evening for our final Dinner.

THURSDAY
Breakfast, then we bid farewell to the Courtyard hotel and begin our journey to the West Midlands. We make a short stop at Weston-Super-Mare, giving you time for a final stroll along the famous seafront or a refreshment break before we continue our journey north, bringing our enjoyable South Devon and Jurassic Coast holiday to a close.
